- Instruction Place the patch at the target location. It is recommended to place a piece of white cotton cloth on top of the patch. Then, adjust the iron temperature to about 150 degrees, iron with slight force for 20-30 seconds, and then cool down. If you are worried about the patch falling off, use a needle and thread to sew a few stitches on the edge of the patch after ironing
