- CAST ALUMINIUM Non-stick casserole dish 20 cm and 9.2 cm high, made of cast aluminium in one piece. It offers an innovative and elegant design with integral black exterior coating and white speckled stone interior with a high level of finish. They are lightweight yet highly resistant to abrasions and scratches, ideal for everyday and intensive use.
- Suitable for all types of cookers The saucepan can be used on all types of cookers ceramic, electric, gas and induction cookers. It is also oven safe at a maximum temperature of 230 C always without lid and without the silicone handles. We recommend using only nylon or wood attachments so as not to damage the non-stick coating. It is dishwasher safe although hand washing with liquid detergent and sponge is recommended to maintain its qualities longer.
- INDUCTION Its thick Full Induction multi-layer bottom makes it heat up quickly and distributes heat evenly which facilitates efficient and perfect cooking even at medium power. Reduces overall cooking time so you save energy and money.
- GLASS AND SILICONE LID Each saucepan has its tempered glass lid with steam valve that prevents overpressure. Its silicone seal minimizes heat loss and protects pots from scratches. The silicone knob does not get hot during cooking. The use of lid during cooking saves time and energy as it helps maintain the temperature. It also facilitates the preservation of nutrients in the food since steam does not escape and cooks with less water.
- SILICONE HANDLES Includes a pair of removable thermo insulated silicone handles that provide maximum heat protection when holding or moving pots during cooking. The non-slip design ensures a firm grip of the pots and prevents burns. They are easily placed and offer comfort and safety in the kitchen. Dishwasher safe.
