  • Quality Japanese Matcha WILL form lumps if NOT prepared correctly, the tiny size of the particles makes it ELECTROSTATIC so it MUST be SIFTED through a fine tea strainer into your cup before adding water, the water MUST be 80 C or lower. Smooth, easy to mix and great to taste. It s fine and silky to touch, with particle sizes that are only 5-10 microns. The texture is as fine as baby powder.
