- Cambridge Gage Plum Tree in a 6L Pot Self-Fertile With Sweet Honey Flavour,Green Gage 3fatpigs
- As with all trees from the prunus family, the leaves will start to appear autumnal and slightly shabby from mid June onwards. This is not a disease, but is mainly due to this years contrasting weather conditions and will not affect the performance of the tree.
- Partially self fertile but crops at its best with the pollinators Victoria, Czar or Opal. 'Cambridge Gage' is a popular variety, similar to the traditional 'Old Green Gage', with a very fine flavour. Single, cup-shaped white flowers appear in late spring, followed by yellow-green fruit with a superb, juicy flavour, which are ready for picking in early September.
