Product description
- Paderno round baking pan excellent for sliced pizzas, focaccia, cakes, etc.. The high edges ensure that the dough does not come out during cooking, helping to keep the oven clean.
- The iron is an excellent conductor of heat, guaranteeing uniform cooking and favouring the alveolatura of the dough. Resistant to the high temperatures of electric, gas or ventilated ovens.
- When first used, brush with oil and bake at 150 C for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the baking pan non-stick.
- Do not cut directly on the baking tray, in order to preserve its correct functioning. Unlike Teflon baking trays, the absence of a coating avoids the risk of contaminating food.
- Material blue iron. Diameter 18 cm. Height 2,5 cm.
